We started as a small finishing crew taking on work other contractors had walked away from. Repairing someone else's shortcut teaches you quickly which decisions matter and which ones are cosmetic.
That experience became our method: get the site, the structure and the water right, then spend the client's money on finishes that will still look considered in a decade. Nothing we specify is chosen only because it photographs well.
Fifteen years later the crew is a company — architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, electricians, plumbers, roofers and finishers — but the standard has not moved.

Bart still walks every slab before it is poured. Fifteen years on from the first finishing crew, he leads the firm the same way he started it — on site, in a vest, checking the details that decide whether a building lasts.
Clients deal with him directly. That is deliberate: the person who signs off the budget is the person standing over the steel.
